讲座摘要:
This lecture will examine the transformative impact of advanced digital technologies on consumer engagement and collaborative innovation in product development. It begins by situating digital transformation within modern business contexts, highlighting its relevance to product design and development. Two primary objectives guide the session: assessing how digital transformation reshapes consumer engagement strategies and analyzing the role of collaborative innovation in product development. First, foundational concepts and key elements of digital transformation will be defined, supported by real-world industry examples illustrating practical implications for product development. Second, the session will explore key changes in consumer expectations and behaviors driven by digital transformation, identifying strategies for effectively engaging digitally empowered consumers, supported by empirical insights from recent research. Third, the lecture emphasizes collaborative innovation by examining how consumer insights directly influence innovative product development, highlighting the significant roles of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and the metaverse. The lecture will conclude with a summary of key insights and an interactive Q&A session, encouraging active attendee participation and promoting deeper dialogue on the interplay among digital transformation, consumer engagement, and collaborative innovation.
